Answer and resolve our end users’support calls (both on premise and remote users) including
initial user setups, software installation and updates, and help with user questions. Support calls
also require creating logs and documenting resolutions within our ticketing system. Support and
troubleshoot LAN and WAN problems including support for our various Citrix users.
?Maintain, administer, and support our various IT components which include Microsoft Windows
workstations and servers, Network security, and VOIP systems.
?Support the company’s various software systems including the company’s ERP system, the
company’s Exchange server, SQL server, SharePoint and CRM.
?Install and deploy workstations.
?Monitor and maintain various IT records and logs.
?Maintain accurate inventory of consumables, workstations, and printers.
?Maintain Server and develop on new software.
?Other jobs assigned by supervisor.

?Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with End Users and coworkers both in written and
verbal communications.
?Knowledge of network routing including IP configuration, sub-netting and VLANS.
?Knowledge of Windows Workstation (7, 8, 10) and Windows Server including Active Directory,
DNS, DHCP, and security.
?Fluent with MS Office,
?Excellent analytical skills to help in problem solving.
?Excellent attention to detail.
?Experience with virtual machine (Xen Server, VMWare, etc.), programming (C++, VB.Net, etc) a
plus.
?Excellent written and oral English with global IT team, CET4 is minimum requirement, an English
IT skill test is required when interview.
